Custom Plastic CNC Parts

One hub for the polymer components PlasticCNCPro machines every week—wear parts, fluid-handling hardware, electronics insulation, fixtures, and machine-line change parts. Filter by family, open a category, then send drawings for a quote.

From drawing to export-ready plastic parts

PlasticCNCPro is a Dongguan manufacturer focused on CNC milling and turning of engineering plastics and high-performance polymers. We build bushings, gears, guides, seals, pump parts, fixtures, housings, and related components for prototypes, small batches, and repeat production—without requiring a mold when CNC is the better fit.

Need process context first? See CNC machining services, including milling, turning, and drilling & tapping. For polymer selection, browse Plastic Materials. For sector examples, open Industries.

How to choose a custom part category

Start with function and duty cycle, then open the matching category for typical geometries and materials. Share drawings early so we can flag thin walls, soft-polymer tolerances, or better stock choices.

1. Motion & wear

Sliding, rotating, and guiding duty points to bushings, rollers, gears, sleeves, and wear guides—often POM, UHMW, nylon, or PTFE.

2. Fluids & sealing

Pumps, valves, and chemical media need seats, seals, and fluid-handling parts in chemically resistant grades such as PTFE, PVDF, PEEK, or PPS.

3. Machine-line change parts

Conveyors, packaging, printing, textile, and food equipment often need custom guides, star wheels, wear strips, and format parts.

4. Insulation & clean processes

Electronics, semiconductor, and lab instruments call for dielectric, ESD-safe, or low-outgassing polymers with careful packaging.

5. Structure & fixturing

Plates, blocks, housings, flanges, spacers, and jigs/fixtures support assembly, mounting, and automation cells.

6. Material vs. geometry

Category gets you to the right part family; grade selection still depends on temperature, chemicals, and tolerance. Cross-check materials when the datasheet matters.

Custom parts FAQ

Practical answers buyers ask before releasing a plastic CNC part to production.

Attach a 2D drawing or 3D model, material callout (or acceptable alternates), quantity, critical tolerances, and the application. Note surface finish, markings, packaging, and inspection needs when they matter. {PlasticCNCPro} reviews manufacturability before locking a process plan.

Request a custom parts quotation

Send your 2D drawing or 3D model, material, quantity, tolerance, and application details. PlasticCNCPro will review manufacturability and reply with pricing and lead time—usually within one business day.
